In February 2005, MLW staff was lucky enough to
be invited to Fort Myers, Florida to attend spring training
with the Minnesota Twins. Although the defending American League
Central Division champions were busy preparing for the upcoming
2005 regular season, several players took the time to help promote
this web site. Some players even gave our staff members souvenirs
to bring home, including autograhped wiffleballs and hats.
We at Major League Wiffleball would like to thank the Twins for their kindness and
generosity. They are truly a great group of people. We wish the Twins the best
of luck in the 2005 season.
