Mike Breen looks to break HR record

Mike Breen Through just 12 games, Mike Breen has equaled his 2001 regular season total of 18 home runs, the single-season record. On Sunday, Mike will attempt to break his own record and try to become the first player to hit more than 20 home runs in a single season.

Mike didn't hit his first home run until Game 4 of the regular season, but since then has homered in 8 of his last 9 games. In his last game, Mike became the third player this year to have a 4-homer game (Shaun Breen and Quentin Jensen). One of those home runs was crushed to left-center field, clearing the wall by 40 feet.

Quentin Jensen is also on pace to hit more than 18 balls out of the park this season, but because he has missed so many games, Mike looks like he'll finish as the home run leader for the third season in a row.
