About
Marc Ceccucci: Marc Ceccucci is the Claude
Lemieux of the league; he plays mediocre during the season,
but goes on a tear in the playoffs. Marc hit just 2 homers
in the 2001 regular season, but 3 in the Wiffleball World
Series. Because of his speed, he probably leads the league
in infield hits. But Marc has found himself in nasty slumps
in each of the last 2 seasons. And although he has the
most deadly sinker in the league, he gives up a bunch
of long-balls. Marc is most noted for kicking over the
bowl full of balls after allowing a homer.
2002
Outlook: Unfortunately, Marc may struggle this
year. If he continues with his current work schedule,
he will not be able to participate in any night games.
He will have to play extremely well on weekends in order
to secure a playoff spot. Marc gets off to a good start
each season, mainly because he gets out of the batter's
box faster than any other player in the league.
