About
Chris Sirtori: "The Rock" brings both baseball
and wiffleball experience with him to MLW. At 34 years
of age he will be entering his rookie season. "The Rock"
is recovering from a major injury, so that could force
him to hold back, affecting his level of play, especially
on the basepaths.
2002
Outlook: In spring training, "The Rock" showed
the signs of a power hitter. He has the build and the
swing to challenge Mike Breen's single-season home run
record. The one thing that could hold him back is that
he's very selective at the plate, so he could fall behind
in many counts, forcing him to take more defensive swings.
